I have always been in the forefront of the fight for small FINRA members.  My fight for small FINRA members is actually on record.  What I tried to do for small FINRA members in the past, via my own small BD, is well documented in a book by Mr. Larry Doyle that was published in 2014.  My BD, AmeriVet Securities, Inc., and I appear on page 83 to page 87 of his book, “In Bed with Wall Street”.
